  We were extremely impressed with the room in which we stayed. Our 19 month old daughter was given a lovely cot to sleep in, our sheets were always turned down by the time we got back at night and mints on our pillows-you cant get better than that! Our bathroom was extremely clean and we were provided with wonderful little shampoos and body lotion e... vad folk säger » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

  the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

  Was upgraded from executive double to executive suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The decoration and facilities in the room were superb, one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed in. When booking the hotel I was expecting a very staid environement and was pleasantly suprised by the contemporary feel to the hotel. - Staff were exceptio... vad folk säger » nal.   A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.   we stayed in one of the lodges. very quiet, very comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Introduced my wife and young daughter to the driving range and now they are both hooked! Breakfast was excellent as was the clubhouse and swimming pool.   The staff were very friendly and were very helpful with any queries we had. It was a nice to be able to park in as safe area for such a cheap price. The room was very clean and comfortable.   Hjälpsamma personal, rent och fint i rummet,. - Clean, central and friendly staff. Very understanding staff in the morning when I had to check out at short notice due to my mother being hospitailsed - Special request for adjacent rooms had been actioned. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We will definately use again.

  The welcome was superb, complimentary drinks mini bar and chocolate bar. I know it doesn't sound like much but those little touches really do make a stay more memorable. The staff were very helpful and the iPad they give you on check in was a superb addition. Location is great, The po - This is without a doubt one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is efficient but laid back . The hotel had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the fitness facilities although not extensive were adequate. The room was well equipped and a good size (we stayed in a superior room). The bed was really comfortable. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was really tasty with good choices
