  Bra läge, fint rum. Trevlig personal. - The location was excellent with the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi tours outside the hotel were also excellent - clenleyness and the helpful staff,plus the location,just round the corner from the bus station and shoping centres.

  Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

  Reception med personal. När jag där framförde mitt klagomål på restaurangen kompenserade de mig omedelbart. Jag kände mig mycket väl bemött där trots det ligger det andra kvar i mitt minne. Jag var på conferens där hotellet stod för merparten av mina utgifter. Det anvisade hotell Hilton (där konferensen var) var fullbokad. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. The staff were very helpful and pleasan to dealwith. And another nice touch, parking was free for our weekend stay.Bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel. G - Our stay in the Radisson was fantastic,from the onset,friendly,helpful staff, A young man working in the bar on his first day was extremely pleasant,courteous and helpful.We would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to all our friends.

  This is a lovely hotel, well situated for a good night out, yet in a quiet area. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We first stayed here on a Groupon deal and didn't hesitate to return when we wanted a wee overnight treat for our 31st wedding anniversary. Breakfast as part of the deal was lovely.   The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff. The purpose of this trip was that my son is going to work in the USA and so we needed to get a visa from the American Consulate which is close by so that is why we chose the hotel which is good for location.   It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the suite. The owner was very nice and friendly. The suite we were in had a sitting room with sofa, 2 chairs, and tv; a kitchen/dining area with microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, sink and supplies; a large bath with shower, sink, and commode; and 2 guest rooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a dou... vad folk säger » ble and single). Everything was very clean and comfortable. - The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.

  my husband and i stayed in the dukes for 2 nights and we had a fantastic time, the hotel is homely and stylish with a real laid back atmostphere our room was spacious with a huge bed which was probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in the bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and seperate bath the air conditioning was fantastic as the r... vad folk säger » oom did get very warm at night, we ate in the restaurant on the first night and got a great deal (meal for 2 and bottle of wine 29.99) jenny the recep - The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full. I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

  My stay at the Ibis in Belfast coincided with the shocking weather the city experienced on 22nd March 2013. This day was my checkout and seeing what was happening with the weather I asked the receptionist to hold my room which they could do until 6pm. They kept my reservation open for me to get back and check in for the extra night - hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .
