  Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

  Reception med personal. När jag där framförde mitt klagomål på restaurangen kompenserade de mig omedelbart. Jag kände mig mycket väl bemött där trots det ligger det andra kvar i mitt minne. Jag var på conferens där hotellet stod för merparten av mina utgifter. Det anvisade hotell Hilton (där konferensen var) var fullbokad. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. The staff were very helpful and pleasan to dealwith. And another nice touch, parking was free for our weekend stay.Bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel. G - Our stay in the Radisson was fantastic,from the onset,friendly,helpful staff, A young man working in the bar on his first day was extremely pleasant,courteous and helpful.We would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to all our friends.

  The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.   my husband and i stayed in the dukes for 2 nights and we had a fantastic time, the hotel is homely and stylish with a real laid back atmostphere our room was spacious with a huge bed which was probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in the bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and seperate bath the air conditioning was fantastic as the r... vad folk säger » oom did get very warm at night, we ate in the restaurant on the first night and got a great deal (meal for 2 and bottle of wine 29.99) jenny the recep - The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full. I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

  My stay at the Ibis in Belfast coincided with the shocking weather the city experienced on 22nd March 2013. This day was my checkout and seeing what was happening with the weather I asked the receptionist to hold my room which they could do until 6pm. They kept my reservation open for me to get back and check in for the extra night - hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

  I stayed at the ibis for 5 nights last week and I couldn't fault a thing about the the place. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. I did not eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of lovely places to eat nearby. The location is brilliant, in the heart of the queens quarter and not far from the ... vad folk säger » city centre. I was impressed with the size of the room and it was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely be back! - Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

  The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need to followup on). The Suite was fabulous. Location great - not far from the center at all-walking distance.   Good sized bath an bed, staff couldn't do enough to ensure we got a room even though that particular night the snow and weather was atrocious and every hotel in Belfast was booked out, we managed to make a booking online but when we got to the hotel my phone battery had died with our booking confirmation on it, their computers were down and they h... vad folk säger » ad no record of our booking whatsoever yet still fully accommodated us and did so even without having my credit on me, staff couldn't do enough and th - The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

  The staff was amazing. I do travel a lot and I don't remember having such a great service. Quality for price is excellent - This is by far the best Express Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at, and the staff in particular were fantastic.

  Really liked this hotel, room very comfortable, great breakfast, hotel also has a bar offering very good meals and also a restaurant for a la carte dining. There is also a very good bus service to the centre of town a couple of doors away on the same side of the street. Would definitely stay again. - Everything about this hotel suited my stay and I will definitely be returning. The bar was great, will live music. It was located not far from the city centre, so we drove in to do some Christmas shopping (which was out main purpose of this trip). Food was really nice, couldn't fault this hotel at all.   From the minute we walked in, the reception from all the staff was excellent. They were really very helpful and polite. The hotel was really clean and enjoyable,with easy access. The staff even allowed us to park our motor bikes under cover.
