The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. ... vad folk säger » or something compact - roads are narrow and curvy. - everyone was helpful and friendly nothing was too much. room was upgraded on arrival and had a seaview. breakfast was outstanding, leisure facilities very good,rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.

Polite, helpful, friendly staff, restaurants, (we ate out two of the nights of our 5 night stay, but the food was better in the hotel) bar, facilities for keeping bicycles overnight, central location, the very quiet room which we had requested - The location was superb, couldn't be more central and the cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome
pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher,
washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting
extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we
stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Recommend the Hac

The Liberty Apartment looks like new and is spotlessly clean- 10/10
to the housekeeping staff. Location is superb, within easy walk of most
of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier.
Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon.

The lovely room and friendliness of all the staff. I would especially like to mention Dani in reception and Thierry, the restaurant assistant manager, who were exceptional people. Please thank them both - Clean, modern, happy friendly staff,excellent choice of facilities.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel, the staff, our room, the food were excellent. Very carefully refurbished, with some tasteful accessories A pleasure to stay - On arrival we were given an upgrade, which was not expected.The wholepackage was first class, room, breakfast and staff.

The hotel was more like a 5 star and the staff so friendly, they all made us feel so welcome.The breakfasts on the terrace were lovely. We only ate out two nights out of 9 and the hotel food was far superior. Olga was an absolute treasure, she looked after us so well, I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely old-fashioned feeling with modern amenities. Professional and nice staff. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in a single room. The room itself was spacious enough but the bathroom was tiny. There was an iron and iron board in the room, which was a big +. Excellent breakfast. The location is a bit inconvenient. Not in walking distance from the town and there really is no restaurants (except hotels own) in waking distance. However bus 81 stops next to the hotel.
