The rooms were fab, perfect, staff all very friendly, Malcolm was brilliant, doggy receptionist was cute! :-) Food was fab, place amazing, relaxing, enjoyable, peaceful, restful and I would def come again in 2014!!! Cant wait to try pool in the summer! thank you! ;-) -

As we were in Jersey to visit our son who lives in St Helier it was so easy to use public transport rather than taking our hire care in the evenings

The Inn met all our expectations, we enjoyed the walk up from the centre of St helier to the hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights and the facilities. Although it is an older style hotel the refurbishment is to an excellent standard. The rooms were clean and comfortable. DVD player and IPod dock were great extras and the staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive. The in house restaurant was excellent both in quality and value for money.

We had a brilliant (and unexpectedly extended !) stay at The
Shakespeare. The room was comfortable and very well fitted out, with a
superb view. The Cafe South, with similar sea views, is a delightful
place for breakfast and dinner, and the food was excellent. Special
mention must be made of all the restaurant staff, who were exceptionally
friendly and efficient - by the time we left, we felt like we were old
friends. We will certainly recommend this hotel, and wish the owners
every success for

Good location literally 30 seconds from the beach. The room was spacious and although it was dated it was very clean. Breakfast was good with cereals, fruit, yoghurt and full cooked breakfast. Free wifi in your room and also a computer in the lounge -
