  The Hotel is great, the staffs are really friendly and keen to help all costumer service is fantastic and the rate is cheap. I do recommend this hotel. - site seeing. relaxation. Excellent service Relaxed atmoshere. Staff very helpful James was great.

  As we were in Jersey to visit our son who lives in St Helier it was so easy to use public transport rather than taking our hire care in the evenings The views of the beach etc. The lovely decor of public rooms in hotel and the bedroom was excellant even though we looked onto the car parking area. - Clean, spacious single room with double bed and... vad folk säger » ample storage space. Television, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities (with biscuits) also provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Generous buffet breakfast included (cooked and continental).

  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it!   Quite simply the nicest hotel we've stayed at. Friendly staff, stunning views (from bedroom/balcony, restaurant and gardens/terrace) and nice comfortable rooms.   This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating, updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities ... vad folk säger » and super comfy beds, Stay here. - Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind. Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.

  Bra hotell, rimligt gångavstånd till allt i St. Helier - The facilities at the hotel were excellent, the swimming complex across the road was brilliant addition to the already excellent hotel.   Great hotel in a fantastic bay location. We had a lovely sea view room which had a shared balcony overlooking the beach. The rooms are fine - plenty of storage space for a long holiday. Breakfast was excellent - wide selection of cereals, fruit etc on the buffet and an excellent hot breakfast - cooked to order and all served nice and hot. The hotel has a great reputation for it's food - an extensive fish and seafood menu a - A great spot for basing yourself if you want to explore the jersey coastline, the staff were fantastic and really made us feel at home, many locals use the public bar and they are a great bunch, up for a laugh and generally quite tame. The food was excellent, we were trapped there by blizzards for three extra days while the airport was closed and the hotel made every effort to lessen the impact by allowing us free use of their laundry facilities etc. And it has the best duke box in the bar ever
