  The Hotel is great, the staffs are really friendly and keen to help all costumer service is fantastic and the rate is cheap. I do recommend this hotel. - site seeing. relaxation. Excellent service Relaxed atmoshere. Staff very helpful James was great.

  Located in a lovely valley with beautiful gardens. The catering options were second to none - breakfast exceptional; dinner and bar snacks excelent value. Could not fault the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and well appointed. We would definately not stay anywhere else on Guernsey, the whole ambience of the hotel was so relaxin - The hotel is in a truly stunning setting, looking out over a wooded gully, to the sea. Service was good, as was the food at both restaurants - it's well worth a trip to the Rock Garden for a few cocktails, too! Possibly the best hotel we've stayed at in Guernsey. Potential bookers should note that this is NOT in St Peter Port town but a rural location in the parish.

  Loved the huge bathroom. Toiletries were replenished each day. Breakfastdining room was lovely, with a good selection of food. King-size bed,and room overlooking the outdoor pool .   As we were in Jersey to visit our son who lives in St Helier it was so easy to use public transport rather than taking our hire care in the evenings The views of the beach etc. The lovely decor of public rooms in hotel and the bedroom was excellant even though we looked onto the car parking area. - Clean, spacious single room with double bed and... vad folk säger » ample storage space.   The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

  The hotel is very well situared, easy walking distance of the amenities etc, The rooms were a good size although we did find them too hot, we never had the heating on and had the window open at all times; this is not a criticism as I am sure other guests wouldnt complain. For value for money and location it is the best hotel I have found.

  Friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Good location with a beautiful park across the road. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental with a good selection and served at your table. We had enjoyable time in the hotel bar talking to Phil the owner who ensured the music was to the liking of the guests.   Everything. From the first point of contact with this Hotel, this has been a First Class experience at Le Chene The Hotel is well managed..! Staff are warm, friendly as well as very Professional in all their Duties Food served to a very High Standard catering for special diets i.e. Vegetarian, which was imperative in our case, the Chef is a "Profe... vad folk säger » ssional" we enjoyed both our Breakfast and Dinner everyday of our trip. Waiting Staff are in one word "Exceptional." Can't wait to return back in to G - Staff were helpful & friendly, the common rooms & bedroom were decent and well maintained. The hotel was correct value for money and I would stay there again. I usually stay in the centre of St Peter Port but in future I will enjoy a quieter location using taxi and/or my legs!
