  A relaxed place to stay. Did not have the hustle and bustle of a bigchain hotel. Very clean also. - very nice hotel on beautiful grounds. staff are v friendly and food was wonderful.

  Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage

  On arrival, greeted by a wonderful staff member named Tracey. Very friendly and professional. Our room was amazing. The shower was great. Bed so comfortable.   Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

  Hotel was great. Room a bit small, but overall nothing wrong at all with hotel. Those who have complained on website are a bit picky. Staff fantastic. It would have been difficult for my husband and myself to have to have stayed in an upstairs rooms as we are in our 80s.
