  The friendliness, The staff dealt quickly to relocate our room toaccomodate my fear of lifts!! The location for town and theatre wasexcellent. The food and room service was very commendable.   overall it was an excellent stay. nice and clean, good price and friendly staff.its just a pity about car park as plymouth is really bad for free parking.would use hotel again despite that. - the privacy the peace but the knowledge that we could pop to the bar or resteraunt if we wanted to mingle.

  From the moment we walked into the large reception area we felt welcomed and were pleased with our selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was of a good size and had modern fittings including flat screen television. The Fishbone restaurant has a good choice of dishes, the meal was wonderful and interestingly their seemed to be a lo... vad folk säger » t of non residents there - always a good sign. - Excellent, clean and spacious rooms. Good range of TV channels. Clean bathroom and good shower. Bed was comfy! Exercise room on the first floor, nearby retail park with McDonalds, KFC and MandS Food only 5 mins walk. Easy for Plymouth hospital. Nice restaurant, courteous and friendly staff. Oh and the car park is huge, had loads of space. I loved this hotel, would deffo stay again.

  I liked the staff they wereincredibly friendly and couldnt do enough to help us. They let us use iron and ironing board to iron a creased shirt ready for our party they showed us a map of where we was and where we needed to be. I was very impressed with the breakfast it was very welcoming and we couldhave just what we wanted. The staff were lovely... vad folk säger » and helped make it a lovely weekend. - Great location. Parked here and walked to Aquarium, Sutton Harbor, Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, etc. Price is good and rooms are typical Premier Inn quality (we slept 4 to a room and it didn't leave a lot of space, but our goal wasn't to spend time inside.) We had a room A/C in our room. We seemed to be the only room with one, and it made the temps ok.
