We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. I loved how you could tick on a menu the night before what you would like for breakfast - my brie/tomato/bacon rosti was perfection especially as I could eat it whilst watching 2 red squirrels scampering around the garden overlooking the river. and from all the places we stayed in Scotland this was by far the best.

I loved the nice welcome we received from Lucy and Debbie they made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was spacious it also had a super shower. The hotel is well situated for a short stroll into the town. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, but the full Scottish is superb. -

Everything about the hotel was first class. Staff very friendly and helpful, the service at all meals was very efficient and nothing was too much bother - even to making my husband a cooked breakfast earlier than breakfast was normally served. The food was excellent. The atmosphere at the hotel was calm and relaxing and the public areas had plenty of comfortable seating where you could just sit and absorb the beautiful scenery. It is also a short walk into Pitlochry.

Everything. This is a classy, charming and yet funky place!
beautifully decorated, very clean, and every staff member was kind and helpful and cheerful.
We were impressed with the breakfast room and beautifully laid out buffet. Hot a La carte dishes came swiftly, you could see through to the kitchen where the cook deftly juggled the pots and pans.
Our room was fabulous, refurbished to a modern high standard, with a stand-out bathroom/ shower (a rarity in the UK in our experience).
