The hotel gardens were exceptionally beautiful even in Autumn, and the view from the hotel magnificent. Very friendly owners, they were more than willing to help and were lovely to chat to giving it a lovely personal feel to our stay.
The room was very luxurious, the bed especially was amazingly comfy!
There were walking route plans provided to help walkers and to give ideas to visitors as to which areas to visit.

Everything about the stay was delightful. From arriving with a warm welcome to recommendations for food that evening, Alex and Jeff were very helpful and polite in everything they did. One particular aspect that stands out in the breakfast, a stunning selection of everything you could ever wish for! Home made bread and scones with homemade jam, lovely! The room that me and my girlfriend stayed in was expected of somewhere of this calibre, very clean, very comfortable and a nice place to be. Ale
