the whole experience which was just for us a cheap weekend break. Which is was but service accommodation was certainly not portraying a cheap weekend away all very sophisticated and food was really high standards and all staff were so professional friendly and very helpful you have the right format Well Done and thankyou. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent value for money and brilliant breakfasts. Just what we needed. Our check in was handled very well by Kirk - he was welcoming and explained all the new features of the new hotel.
alla recensioner » very warm welcome, lovely air conditioned room with comfortable bed, and lovely dark curtains. It was also nice to walk into a room which felt cool & did not smell. Keyless entry & placing entry card into slot in the room to make the lights/electicity switch on. You knew where your entry card was everytime you left the room. I was impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of accommodation.. This was our first stay at a Premier Inn. Breakfast was good at Beefeater next door. the cleanliness of the room. the fact that we were given more cartons of milk for our tea. the options of food for breakfast and service all round. everything was very good, we will stay again and now hope to use other inns and hope they can meet the standard of this one! All very pleasing. We couldn't fault anything. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. location was easy to find and central, restaurant on the doorstep which was a bonus after the long journey, fantastic all round. Room was larger than expected. Breakfast had a good choice but very busy on Sunday morning with limited tables to chose from. The location was fantastic easy to find. The staff were very friendly and promote your company well. A great relaxing stay. Great staff who were friendly and helpful. Really simple check in with no quibbles. Very good value for money. Room nice & clean Shower good Breakfast was good. Comfortable,quiet and clean. The room was a little bit smaller than we've been used to on other visits to other Premier Inn hotels. My fault entirely, but I knocked my husbands hearing aids into the toilet from the shelf. but that was completely my fault. perhaps a small lip on the shelf would prevent that from happening. Ii didn't like the fact that no windows can be opened. I appreciate that air condition was there and we was close to road..so would have been a bit noisy if we had. Prob because Im claustrophobic and like to know I can open a window. the wind that took charge of you as you left the building to go next door for breakfast. perhaps a tunnel could bd errected for those occasions. not one thing we did not like. Nothing to find fault with. none to mention. We thought the hotel would be nearer the centre, the directions were basic and it took us quite a while to find it late on a Friday night. We would have liked to stay another day. No real gripes, only a little bit of foot noise from above, but don't let that put you off. No faults. they need a hot water supply in dining room as you can't make tea without water in flasks ok for coffee but needs tobe boling to make tea if this a no no for health and safety need to bring tea on pots. Not being able to open the windows. The rooms were uncomfortably hot even with the air con at it's lowest setting. Everything was good. Area around hotel when building work done would more inviting. Having to go home. Nothing springs to mind. Restaurant always unavailable. Admittedly I didn't book a table in advance, but I expected the facilities to be large enough to cater for the number of guests staying, especially as there is nowhere else reasonable to eat within walking distance. nothing!. nothing. no storage for a family, very cramped, no seating facilities in room, stingy hospitality tray ie 3 drinks between 4 people. on a bypass, good for transit but nothing of interest nearby. Having to pay for WiFi. Not the best of bus routes to get to Brixham on a weekend. The Beefeater meal that we had was not good.
