Loved everything about the apartment it was exactly what we wanted in fact stayed in quite a few apartments around Manchester and this was by far the best and will definatley be booking to stay again......in fact sooon as we left we booked to come back the following weekend x - the staff were helpful with booking requirements and was very friendly

Bar and restaurant very well stocked. The level of services provided left us wanting for nothing. The food in restaurant was excellent. We plan to return for this service alone. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities. location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

The breakfast was great considering it's free. There was lots of parking available. The staff were really nice and helped direct me to where i needed to go. The rooms are very clean and got a great rate! - It was very comfortable and clean and staff were friendly. We had a very pleasant stay
