I stayed at this hotel for the first time on 27th July 13. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, care and good humour. The room was perfect, plenty of coffee/tee, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure. -

When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. we absolutely loved dreamhouse apartments! 6 of us girls went for the wkend and it honestly couldnt of been better. the rooms were great and very comfortable and the kitchen lovely and new. spa bath was amazing! we were in Liverpool rd one and it was great location as close to all the shops and bars and clubs! fantastic would definitely recommend

It was a really well furnished, and well appointed aparatment in a great position. Good size and lovely touches such as tea/coffee, milk in the fridge etc. Would really recommend as an alternative to a hotel giving much more freadom. The restaurant downstairs is also great! It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. The location was fantastic as it was easy to access the Trafford Centre which was only a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious (with a huge range to choose from) and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again and recommending it to others.

'family' rooms are - very smart and comfortable. But the best
thing was the staff - I have never been so impressed by staff anywhere!
Every one we dealt with, from check-in, restaurant, bar and breakfast,
