We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The friendly attitude of the staff helped us to feel relaxed immediately upon arrival, they were efficient and checking in in was completed quite quickly. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot
