I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.

Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.
