I didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

  Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Och läget kunde inte vara mer perfekt då det ligger mitt i centrala London och man har nära till nästan allt. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att boka detta hotell igen om jag åker till London i framtiden! - Vi åkte hela familjen på 7 personer med barn mellan 4 och 16 år.   The staff is very helpful and efficient; they took the trouble to check me in immediately though I arrived at nine in the morning; they were always fast and attentive at breakfast and in cleaning. Tiny rooms have all one needs, location couldn't be better, short walk from Vic Station, with a Boris Bike stand at the end of the block and shops close... vad folk säger » by. Priced the same as inconveniently placed hotels (at least when I was there). No complaints whatever and would happily stay here again. - A number of the B&B's on the street appear to be run by the same family & we actually stayed in Cedar Lodge. Location is just fantastic. The room was basic but clean. Tv, fridge & tea/coffee available. Enjoy suite was small & like a wet room but plenty of hot water. Bed firm but comfortable & the road is quiet so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was again basic but plentiful & staff very efficient.

  We enjoyed our stay. The male employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was very nice!) was very helpful. My two children and I arrived at 9am and because I knew we'd be up all night, I asked for an early check in. When we arrived, the previous guests had checked out so our room was vacant, but it had not been cleaned yet. We would recommend the breakfast option - the voucher giving a choice of traditional English or vegetarian breakfast at a reduced cost and conveniently served at the cafe opposite the tube station.   Was easy check-in, although a bit confusing on the website because it says that checkin is only between 14:00 and 18:00, so I thought that after 18:00 you can't checkin, but there was someone there even though I got there after 18:00. Otherwise it was okay, it was clean and comfortable.
