We arrived a tad early but the friendly receptionist let us check in. Our two bedroom apartment was set out over two floors and all I can say is quality. Excellent double glazing, all mod cons, mirrored furniture, sparkling white kitchen, fabulous showers with plenty bath sheets and comfy beds. If you don't want to use the cooking facilities a menu is also avail. Very good security system in place too. Well done to all staff who maintain

  Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines). The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am). Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

  Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc).   The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... vad folk säger » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a 24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. Would definitely stay again - Free on raod parking at the weekend. Very warm welcome. Reception, bar (we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value for money and would certainly go back.

  It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.
