Really lovely atmosphere to this Inn. Staff could not have been more
welcoming and friendly. Accommodation set away from restaurant and pub
so quiet and tranquil. Given fresh milk when arrive for hot beverages
which was a lovely touch. Was fully booked for some of our planned stay
but managed to fit in one night at the end.We would have liked all our
stay here!! Great food at the Inn and so reasonably priced plus close-by
to room. Could be 5 star!!. alla recensioner »
We loved the staff. We received the friendliest welcome we've ever
had. The bed was huge, and very comfortable, and the shower was awesome.
(Not that we're shower connoisseurs or anything, but it really was
good). The breakfasts were really yummy, as a combination of continental
and full English, so basically as much as you wanted. We are going to
stay here again for sure.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, The room was awesome a perfect country barn conversion with plenty of space and amazing views including mountains and the ocean, The Kings Head Inn's food was mouth watering and again the staff were very polite, friendly and nothing was a problem. We will definitely go back again.
The room was smashing as on our arrival found we had been upgraded to a better room. The breakfast was lovely with good choice. We also had our evening meal in the pub which had a wide range of choice, with average quality of ingredients. We didn't realise the other pub room had a lovely open fire, so don't miss it!.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in both the accommodation and the pub.
Breakfast was very substantial. Good a la carte breakfast menu and also continental buffet all included in the room price.
Located in a very quiet and peaceful village 15 minutes walk from the beach.
The Kings Head is in a fantastic location and the location of the rooms allows you to have a quiet stay if you wish, however we also had a great time at the beer festival in the pub. Excellent band on the Sunday, Sunshine Cab Co.
There are few villages left in Britain that can boast a good old fashioned pub with the most hearty meal you can eat !
Sets you up for the incredible beach and walks to Worms Head ! Excellent warm and friendly people .Go do !.
Everything, the accommodation was first class, the food at the Kings Head was delicious. No complaints, just praise. In face my mother-in-law and father-in-law have booked to stay with you now. Will be coming again.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, great pub meals and fab breakfast! Had room with a sea view which was worth the money and lucky with the weather too!.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.. Lovely accomadation in a beautiful position. Accomadation is separate from the pub and is quite and peaceful.
The staff were friendly, the location is awesome, the room was large and well presented.
Next to the pub in this small village so an obvious bonus.
Superb accomodation and very helpful staff, very refreshing to find such a good quality venue. Great selection of good food and excellent beers.
Lovely friendly welcome on arrival .Great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant . Worth going for the breakfast alone ! Tasteful spacious room .
Comfortable bed, good amenities, fairly well-equipped room, conveniently located to pub and restaurant, well located for exploring the Gower.

Food, friendliness.
Decor and views.
The food in the pub was nice enough, but it was typical pub grub, so I
wouldn't go expecting haute cuisine. The only other thing I would
mention is that the walls in the accomodation were quite thin, so I
could hear a woman coughing on one side and a man snoring on the
other! But it wouldn't be enough to put us off as it was a really
lovely place.
N/A.
Bad Wifi coverage and intermittent signals.
Minor inconvenience of light through a small window during the night.
There was nothing to dislike.
nothing.
Difficult reception to make any telephone calls.
The underfloor heating felt cold with cold tiled floors throughout, I did miss some carpet I have to say, otherwise lovely room!.
Nothing.
Only negative was that the room was very hot .
No working fan in bathroom; noisy (noise from guests coming and going at night); tight parking.
nothing.
The normal accommodation cost would have been too high. We selected this place because of its half-price offer.
Pub very loud in public bar , although it was due to very busy weekend, food in pub could have been better presented. Breakfast very good choices ,however fruit juices needed chilling and cooked breakfast a little on the cool side.
Shower tired and tatty, needs more preasure to be classed as a shower.
Could do with a lick of paint and deep clean also.
Overall ok.
Mass produced breakfast, prefer it cooked to order. Only a minor issue.
The waiting time for evening meals during summer can be over 45 minutes. Kitchen facility investment badly needed.
The pub could really do with a refurbishment, there is a constant stale musky smell in the bar area.
Quite expensive.
Some things in room quite dusty. Housekeeping failed to replace glasses.
Nothing.
Breakfast items/crockery depleted.
Floor heating doesnt work feel quite cold after shower and early
morning。water presure low during the shower.
Restaurant service at breakfast and dinner quite poor, indifferent staff.
Nothing.
Nowhere to sit in pub and just relax - no easy chairs sofa etc.
The noisy shower.
a bit expensive.
no easy chair in room.
Lack of late night bar and room services.
Would have liked 2 comfortable chairs in the room or lounge area away in the bar.
Weather.
