  Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. The fridge in our room was also an added and welcome surprise which we were able to use.   We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The breakfasts were consistently excellent and we were allocated a different table every day so that most guests were able to enjoy the prime positi... vad folk säger » on in the window at least once! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.   It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel.   I have stayed at the Manor Hotel for the past 4 years and have always thooughly enjoyed my stay there, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself has recently had a facelift and been redecorated etc, not that there was anythng wong with the old decoration, rooms are lovely and cosy. Food was delicious and plentiful both at breakfast and when I chose to dine there in the evenings.

  This time we only stayed one night,the Proprieters where so helpful and kind when we arrived.The room was very nice,clean and spacious,the bathroom spotless.The rest of the staff we met where very helpful and courteous,we look forward to staying at the Broadway again,next time for more than one night,we most certainely will not be using letsbookho... vad folk säger » tel.com ever again due to their total incompetance. - The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc. The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels. We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

  We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean.   Amazing welcome! The lovely helpful man on reception addressed me by my name as I walked in and couldn't be more helpful! Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful. Made sure I made it down to breakfast on the second day and wasn't disappointed! The s - Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. Nice corner bath too. A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.
