Irrespective of the very moderate rates yjis is one of yje highest quality hotels I have ever stayed in. Decor. furnishings, carpets, linen, room facilities and breakfast were exceptionally good. The owner informed me upon arrival of everything I needed to know about the hotel and entry exit etc.and nothing was too much bother for her. I will definitely use this hotel again even if I may have to travel some distance out of my way.

And they still lay out tea/coffee and biscuits in the room! Full English included in the price, not just the continental nonsense like many B&Bs offer! Comfy bed with lovely clean, crisp white sheets. Lovely and warm rooms. We would definitely book here again. The warmth of Carol's welcome and her willingness to help. We casually asked if she knew of a nice pub where we could eat that evening and within minutes she had produced full details and a map from the internet of a really lovely pub. The decor at Bridge Farm Hotel is superb and the breakfast excellent. We were two friends sharing a very comfortable room and would definitely book there again - what a find!. Travelling on your own is a bit intimidating,but was made to feel welcome. The room was lovely and comfortable,and oh the joy of having a bath instead of a shower(special request.)After breakfast which was great, after coffee and toast and Marmite at home, I could hardly eat lunch. Friendly atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Very tastefully-equipped and decorated room, with lots of little extras in the bathroom. A comfy bed, good heating and very friendly and helpful staff. When I couldn't get a taxi in the morning, for example, the owner drove me into town on his way to work and wouldn't take any money for petrol. Definitely a place to go out of your way for. The room was a very competitive rate and comfortable, and the shower was great. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was presented well and tasted great. A good selection for breakfast. to have a hotel in Leeds with free parking is a rarity...will definately be stopping again. Very friendly meet & greet, my room was large, very clean with good decor. We stayed with my elderly parents and another relative. They have a lovely visitors lounge where we could have a drink and watch tv. They couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Reception upon arrival was welcoming service whilst there top draw rooms clean and a high standard food second to none the owner was prepared to drive us to the wedding we was attending so everything made our stay so worthwhile. Our twin room was well equipped and comfortable and we were able to check-in at a time that suited us (Mum and adult daughter). the well cooked breakfast, with good friendly efficient service. the furnishings in the room was of good quality, impressive, the room although small was warm and welcoming. The water flow from the shower is a bit pants, but still gets you clean! We were in a room right next to the road and traffic noise could be heard, and may be a problem for some. However we normally live out in the sticks and are used to total quiet at night, yet we slept without problem so it wasn't that bad!. there was nothing not to like. Nothing. All good. Nothing. One tiny complaint was that the shower was a bit pathetic and not quite hot enough but it would not stop us from staying again. Overall fantastic value for money. Not a thing can be faulted. The shower took some time to get to a comfortable temperature but was ok once it got going! Despite being behind the main building, there was quite a lot of road noise. Would book earlier to get a room in the main house next time!. The location was a bit noisy and busy. The bed was a little uncomfortable but everything else was great. Not really a negative but TV was too high up, was only comfortable to watch if lying down. A swivel bracket lower down would have rectified this. Whilst there is WIFI in the communal lounge it would be helpful if the bedrooms also had connectivity. My room was next to a main road that didn't stop with traffic all night, so not much sleep! The bedrooms don't have internet but the guest lounge does. The stairs to the second floor are very steep and narrow. The window shade was not sufficient to block the sun coming up about 5 a.m. Facilities were dated and 'hotel' label is misleading. This is a large guest house with no real bar or restaurant for evening meals. Landlady was very welcoming. I had planned to do some work during the evening, but there was no space for a chair in my room and no Vodafone signal. The hotel is on a busy road. Dont have your windows open from 6am or you won't sleep!. Quite noisy from the road alongside our window, so we had to close our window at night, otherwise ok. Shower flow could be better. No wifi in bedrooms, noise from road outside - no double glazing. Double bed. I prefer queen-sized. traffic noise 24 hours a day the roads are a rat run to god nose where but all you can hear is traffic all day + all night. Only one pub that does evening meals within walking distance of the hotel. Shower was luke warm and the creaky floorboards in room 5. Not an awful lot around to do. Rather dated bathroom and poor water pressure. The bathroom is looking rather dated and the shower needs a pump. It was just a little bit remote but that wasn't really a problem. nothing. Wifi not in rooms which would be helpful but it was in the main lounge. Room small, Satnav using postcode took us to the wrong road.
