The rooms of hotel are all new and very nice , I asked for iron and hair dry which was no problem staff are understanding it's a very good safe hotel if you are using st George's ! The resterant beside was good as well .

It was a reasonable price (for London and environs) and the room had everything in it that you could sensibly want. There was no noise from the bar downstairs, which was something I had been afraid of.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast's were excellent and the location was ideal for Wimbledon Common and Parkside Hospital where my wife was having a hip replacement. -
It was a modern twist on a "room at the inn" - the rooms had been newly renovated to a lovely standard - comfortable bed - lovely pub to have your meals - help

we heard noise (Rm 201 at back of hotel) during the night - it sounded
like someone using a mixer for plastering. He said he would follow this
up. -
I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle.
I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much.
The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again.

The staff were really helpful and polite, cheerful and gave attention to the children making them feel welcome and special.
It was clean and airy, room was a good size, air conditioning and heating excellent.
For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, some very good quality food. Good choice and tasty food for dinner, good value for money.

The hotel was clean, cozy, romantic, the staff was courteous, polite. The food was delicious short was really a good experience to stay at the hotel to rest after a busy day. We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good. This was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we will certainly use them again if they are all of this standard. - The staff were so nice and very helpfull
