  Staff amazingly helpful and friendly - naturally so, not a glossy professional act. Really genuine people; I felt very very much at home in a way that I don't normally in hotels. Price great.   The staff was very friendly. the room was basic and very clean. it had all we needed to spend 3 days in london. The breakfast simple and good: apple and orange juices, water, 3 types of cereals, bread, butter and 5 types of jam, green tea, red berries tea, london tea, grey tea. cofee, cappucino. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the earl court subw... vad folk säger » ay stop (district line and picadilly). In the area you can find a supermarket, starbucks, pubs, the indian restaurant masala zone, the noodle bar waga - Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to solve any problems for you. Rooms really cosy, tidy and cleaned every day; towels also changed every day. And there was a hairdrier as well as central heating on when needed (which was great in rather cold month of May). Breakfasts were ok - toasts, jam, honey, milk and cornflkes with a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Close to the underground station. An excellent place to travel around London in different directions within zones

Price was quite cheap for hotel locating quite near to center of the city. - The location of the hotel being so close to the Tube Station isexcellent and perfect for me. The friendly staff made my stay veryenjoyable.

  The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient.   Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... vad folk säger » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
