We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.
