  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient. Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.   The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines). I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

  Trevlig personal, hjälpsam. Problem på rum åtgärdades direkt. Frukost ingick, stor anledning till att vi valde det hotellet med det priset. Läget, nära till kommunikation för att ligga utanför centrum. - Mycket vänlig personal. Serviceminded.
