The rooms were very clean and comfortable with modern quality en-suite facilities.   We stayed in the new Executive Rooms, they were very nice, decor was nice, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. We were in Birmingham for an exhibition and arrived very late, around 2am. The location on the Hagley Road is very good, there are no public areas so to speak, so this really is a hotel just fo - We had a quiet room overlooking a courtyard /backyard. In addition, the spacious queensize bed was obviously new and very comfortable. The design of the room (earth colours and dark red) was pleasant. The free off-road parking in a fenced-off area was a decisive factor in booking this hotel.
