We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

I found the staff really cheerful, pleasant and helpful. They were all eager to give useful tips to the guests on places to visit whilst in Liverpool. I was even given a free entry card to the Cavern Club. I also like the way you can help yourself to hot drinks, store and cook your own food. Having Sky tv is a bonus and access to the internet.

  The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. Nice comfy beds and lounge. It is a well used hostel and everything was in working order - unlike some hotels that I have stayed in and paid a lot more for the privelige.   For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. They do not advertise free wifi but we were able to log on at no charge. - As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.
