  Room was very clean and warm, comfortable beds. - The bed was comfortable, there was good storage space and a kettle. Thestaff tried hard to resolve a problem I had with guest in the next roomwho was very noisy.

  Nothing; it was a dump - I didn't know hotels like this still operated.I had a room with a sink with no plug, filthy carpets.   I liked the location .it was very close to the underground.5 minutes walking. and from the bus station, too. direct route with the underground to the centre, almost 15 minutes and with the bus 30 minutes. Next time I came to London, this hotel will be my first choice. I liked it very much because I paied the money when I arrived.   We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite (we had a problem with warm water at day one, as we told the staff about it, they fixed it in the next our).
