  I often travel on a budget, and I must say I've rarely been that happy with a hotel. Big room, very clean, even had a shower inside! Most budget places have shared facilities and can be really tiny. Super extra friendly staff; from the receptionists, the manager, the kitchen personnel, everyone was so nice. The rooms are clean, comfortable and all you will need for a weekend in Brighton. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton so perfectly located. We would definitely stay there again!

  The hotel was bright, warm and cosy. We had a trouble free, warm and friendly welcome and our room, which was situated on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable and well worth the climb. The breakfasts were amazing, plenty of freshly prepared organic food. The rooms need a little TLC but for the price you pay it was clean and comfy enough for a short stay! You're a short walk to the Lanes and the beach front so location is ideal - Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building.
