  Vi uppskadde att hotellet var så levande,mysigt och trevligt. Det låg centralt till shopping,tunnelbana och sevärdigheter. Vi fick ett trevligt rum med gott om plats för en extra säng och utsikt mot Baker street. - Very friendly staff. And when we asked for something, they reacted very quickly.   On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed.
