  Bästa hotellet jag varit på i London, och det suddar ut den dåliga stämpeln om Londons dåliga hotell-standard. Trevligt litet rum som var rent med fint badrum. - Trevlig personal vid frukosten, barnvänliga och rikligt med mat. Bra och modernt badrum. Varmt trots decemberkyla ute.

  Excellent staff help, best hotel bed I have slept in, great (huge!) breakfast. Superb location, only five minutes walk from Victoria station. We could not have asked anything more. It is quaint and makes the tourist feel like a Londoner. - Form the time I arrived the staff were all very pleasant and polite .   Lugnt och tyst - Excellent conditions, nice and quiet, great rooms - not very spacey butone has to keep in mind it's Europe and the hotel is the formerresidence of a former British Lord! Great location: close to Victoriasubway and also within walking distance from both tourist attractions(ex. Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

  trevlig personal - stones throw from the palace - truly in the heart of london. the rooms, the staff, the dining - everything was absolutely perfect. they have a sister hotel that is literally down the street, it is more expensive and a perhaps a little more grand - but everything is 'modernized' with a blackandwhite motif ... and that hotel uses ... vad folk säger » the restaurants at the rubens for their special packages. - From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the minute that we left, we were treated like the most important people in the establishment. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. My room was super comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated floor and electric loo gorgeous. The heated cigar terrace must be un - Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
