I loved the fact that the hotel concierge was able to look after our bags/cases until our room was ready and for the rest of the day after check-out.   I come down to London every month through my job with Outward Bound, and I have never stayed in a hotel that is so close, just across the road from the London office, which is great, especially when you come from Scotland and not used to the tubes and trains - There was a problem with my door as within 5 minutes of calling, someone was there to loo... vad folk säger » k at it.
