  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. The bathroom was clean - typical Victorian style but with a modern touch. Staff, warm and cheerful.   Myself & my cousin stayed at the Ibis in London for one night as we were attending a Jethro Tull concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was central to what we were doing. The room the hotel gave us was for a disabled person/s (which I am to a certain extent) but did not reserve a room for a disabled person/S. How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in
