The staff went above and beyond to ensure my staywould be an enjoyable one and indeed it was! The location was perfectwith the underground and St.Pancras station within arm's reach. Great value!!! - The location is fantastic and the staff were very warm, friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious with a really comfortable bed. We loved the free internet and music library through the TV. The price we paid was as fantastic as the room, with a saving of over 1/2 the price. We weren't in the room much and wished we could have stayed more than the 1 night just to enjoy the room!

  Jättebra läge i stan. Vi fick ett bra rum mot gården så det var inga störande ljud från gatan. Rummet var nyrenoverat, fint och modernt, något litet men det gjorde inget, Rent och snyggt och sköna sängar. Ett plus för att det fanns badkar. Bra kaffe/tebricka som fylldes på hela tiden. Underbar frukostbuffé. Skön hotellupplevelse! - Utmärkt läge.

TV already connected to Wifi). -Well-equipped kitchen (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Convection Microwave, Nespresso coffee maker) -Welcome pack (Fruits, coffee ... vad folk säger » and tea, dishwasher tablets, soap & shampoo) -Good location (Direct buses to Piccadilly Circus and Oxford St., Chancery Lane tube station (Central - Friendly & accommodating staff. Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep. Good supermarkets and felt safe at night - lovely neighbourhood - close enough to all the main attractions, but not so busy. Special mention to John (

  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful. I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.
