  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

Excellent location , right next door to the Royal Albert Hall where I went for the Proms , small room overlooking main road with crispy white clean sheets , kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and a free bottle of water . I choose a room with shared bathroom and it was super clean , the shower with plenty of hot water . It has a 24 hours re - Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.
