  Beautiful, historic building decorated in period style including the retention of fantastic (but tiny) lift with manually operated cage doors. Staying here made me feel like I was a diplomat! Friendly, welcoming staff. Free WiFi in my room. Decent breakfast.   I really liked the room, you felt like staying there. The style is nice and personal. Breakfast was good and served in a pleasant way.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds.   The apartment that I got is very nice. It was the apartment 1, on 55 Draycott Place, ground floor.There is a big siitting room, a bathroon, and another toilette. The bedroom is perfect.   Loved the patio on apartment 7. The kitchen was to a high standard, the beds were really comfortable. Our Grandson loved the TV. It was just down the road from Sloane Square which is a lovely, up market, area. All in all we were really pleased. - Great location, lovely furnishings, very cosy

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition.
