  I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. This hotel was a completely different experience from the negative reviews. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet.   Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London

  The Adria hotel is amazing. The decor was beautiful, the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is immaculate. Free soft drinks in the mini bar. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. You get proper service in the Adria.   Bra läge, hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Det saknas dock täcke alt filt till barnsängen. Det som erbjöds var en stor tung filt för en vuxensäng. Det hade räckt med en filt i samma storlek som resesängen. Annars mycket hög standard! - Bra lgh för barnfamilj, rent och nära tunnelbana som gjorde det enkelt att ta sig till och från.
