  Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti - We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Eggs made to order, amazing sausages, beans, sautéed mushrooms, etc... the yogurt they served was organic. Compared to the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget hotel in the U.S. - this w

  My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. Vid ankomst fick vi ett insides rum trotts att vi önskat ett utsides, det var inget problem att byta trotts att vi bokat till ett betydligt lägre pris än det ordinarie. Ett tips är att boka ett rum med utsikt över London Eye. Frukosten var mycket god.
