We liked everything about this hotel. The reception staff were organised, friendly, welcoming and efficient. A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

The staff couldn't help you enough,. Hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.

The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn.

hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time.
Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed.
- The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.
