  Really friendly helpful staff, good value for money for central London, spacious, well furnished rooms (perhaps distorted because I was given an upgrade), the overall "feel" of the hotel. - we got upgraded to a deluxe room.Staff very friendly.Brilliant location.Room really beautiful.

  The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. On the other hand, the staff(a manager?) was wonderful, including letting me use the breakfast room to do some emails etc. and next morn... vad folk säger » ing breakfast was outstanding!! Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.

  Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. We are both straight and hadn't realised this was a gay friendly venue, but that made our evening all the more interesting. The drag act was excellent haven't laughed that much in years.   The room was a good size and had a fantastic view out directly on to Camden High Street. When the window was closed there was very little noise which was surprising considering how busy Camden High street is. The room had obviously been redecorated recently and was clean. There was ample cupboard space for hanging clothing. The staff were frie... vad folk säger » ndly and processed our check in quickly and efficiently. I will be staying here again. - The location was excellent. It was right next to Camden tube station and the markets were literally outside the door. The hostel was relatively clean and although I had initially booked a room with a share bathroom, we were given a room with an ensuite. The service was very friendly. The price was very affordable.

  Till att börja med blev vi uppgraderade till en större svit än den vi hade bokat vilket blev en glad överraskning. Läget var suveränt och det var fantastiskt att vakna och från sin säng kunna blicka ut över Themsen från panoramafönstren. Proffsig och hjälpsam personal. - Allt var överraskande bra!

  Bra centralt lage och nyrenoverat. - Bokade ett 4 bäddsrum och fick 4 fantastiskt bra sängar, alla riktiga resårkärnor och inte några inställda extrasängar som ofta är brukligt. Badrummet var nyrenoverat och var i klass med ett topphotells. Hotellet ligger perfekt vid Victoria för att utforska London.
