  Very friendly staff. Also accommodated us when our flight arrived early and gave us a spare room till such time as our room was ready. Clean and neat rooms, very centrally located and next to a underground station with a shopping centre within walking distance and a good deli shop next door.   Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.

  Jättebra läge i stan. Vi fick ett bra rum mot gården så det var inga störande ljud från gatan. Rummet var nyrenoverat, fint och modernt, något litet men det gjorde inget, Rent och snyggt och sköna sängar. Ett plus för att det fanns badkar. Bra kaffe/tebricka som fylldes på hela tiden. Underbar frukostbuffé. Skön hotellupplevelse! - Utmärkt läge.

Modern flat screen TV and even an iPod docking station! I would go here again for a short city trip in London. Easy walk from Russell Square and to British Museum, Univ of London. Just opposite Charles Dickens House.

The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning.   This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.

  The hotel provides an excellent location within London downtown area. Welcoming staff efficently cater to international guests who visibly enjoy the place either for business or leisure.
