To start off our 3 days we were arriving after the check in time, but the owner stayed up to let us in and told us the best way to get into town to get something to eat. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Everything was served to your table which was nice but I actually prefer a buffet where you can choose what you want as you eat. Because everything here was served, you had to order your drink, cold starter and hot breakfast all at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

I have never seen a bathroom as nice. My husband loved the shower. The
staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful and the butlers well
they could not do enough for you. There were no tea making facilities in
the room however you just had to request a drink and the butlers brought
a freshly made drink to your room, all complimentary and all very

Starting from travel from airport to apartment, we got a bus from airport which dropped us on Princess Street and the apartment was hardly 4-5 minutes’ walk. When we arrived, I had my login in number incorrect. We were immediately
assisted by a very friendly person on the other side of the intercom.
When we got into the apartment, it took our breath away. It is
absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. I will always stay there
when visiting Edinburgh. It is highly recommended for self catering.

This is a B&B we will return to. At a perfect spot in “Edinburgh new town”, in the middle of shopping and restaurant areas. The building originally from early 19th century is well preserved and nicely taken to the 21st. The top floor stairs is old and torn but so full of charms. Nice rooms in harmony with building, furniture and facilities. Run by friendly owners and an adorable old cat watching the lounge. Good WI-FI. Breakfast is served at neighbouring Rick’s Hotel, really good.

Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
We thought the apartment was well designed, spotless, well furnished and perfect for a short city break. It was very relaxing.
The facilities were great, eg cooking and washing etc.
The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.
