  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! That t... vad folk säger » he big bus tour started there ( but didnt finish there the day we did it so was a bit of a trek back to the hotel - not the hotel's fault.) - Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

  I lived in this hostel from 15 till 27 of April 2013 and I would recommend it, because the location is perfet, 5 min from the tube, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly! Bathroom is clean and good.I Loved breakfast and 12 days I ate only "full English breakfast". I Common room you cam meet alot of new people from all over the world.   Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

  Central London, 1 min walk to Underground hub, very nice and accommodating staff, low price, excellent WiFi, one of the cleanest budget hotels I've ever stayed in, prepackaged breakfast could be brought with as lunch, rear-facing room (number 3) very quiet (except for guests/residents upstairs), beautiful new tile in bathroom, fridge (but tiny!), ... vad folk säger » iron & hairdryer, could leave luggage before check- in/after check-out, adjacent to a nice pub and sandwich shop, walking distance to Hyde Park, O - The guy at reception was unbelievably nice and did everything to help. I didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy. Despite our room not having a fridge, staff were very happy to store food in their fridge which meant our packed lunch and baby food stayed fresh and useful for our entire stay. - This hotel was in an excellent location - a stone's throw ... vad folk säger » from Paddington station.
