  Chose the hotel purely because we were going to a gig at Rock City (next door), and for its proximity to the city centre. The hotel was very nice and clean, the rooms were gorgeous and the beds huge, very comfortable.   I chose Elm Lodge Guest House for my family and best friends to come to stay for 3 nights for my wedding, and I stayed there myself for one night. I booked the whole of the 3 bedrooms. I loved everything - Andy had a very warm welcome for us, and added a very special touch to my parents and friends', and my own stay. On the night before the wedding he gave us a bottle of champagne, - Our studio apartment was so lovely we wanted to move in! Large rooms are in a lovely Victorian house. Breakfast around a large table in the dining room which was great, all the guests were in conversation as we were served a lovely breakfast. Large garden, nice area of city.Andy and his son were so friendly and welcoming. Stay here!
