  The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

  Läget, närhet till mässan och flygplatsen - We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. The reception staff were most helpful in giving us exactly what we asked for in a room with a bed and sofa bed and a walk in shower we were comfortabl... vad folk säger » e room service was good and food was served hot. - Ease of access to the NEC--- 2 minutes walk through terminal 1 to the mono rail which runs every 2 minutes. A one minute ride and then 10 minute, moslty covered walk.
