We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected. We liked the space (similar to home) the ability to make meals & snacks and of course a cup of tea. The vancinity was very good. The location allowed us to travel around relatively easily.   When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st.
