  Being a smaller venue makes one feel more valued as a customer. Our rooms were very well appointed and on arrival, I had been upgraded to a larger one. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the efficient breakfast service as we needed to be out early. We had no difficulties hailing taxis. Of particular interest to me was the fact that there were plenty of pillows on the bed and included one really soft one. A good bed and soft clean bedding is one of the main components for a good night sleep and, after all, that is what I booked the room for.

  It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a 24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. Would definitely stay again - Free on raod parking at the weekend. Very warm welcome. Reception, bar (we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value for money and would certainly go back.

  The staff were very helpful. I booked a single room and they called to see how I was doing after they checked me in. When I said the room was small, they transferred me to a bigger room within moments - and it even had a bowl of fruit in it. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and contain all you need, although quite small - it is London after all. ... vad folk säger » Location is close enough to Paddington station to enjoy a short walk during nice weather - and after you have sampled the hotel's restaurant, there ar - The Park Grand guest rooms were small but stylish, with nice clean functional bathrooms. The location is within a five minute walk to Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations and all points in London are easily accessible via the tube. The breakfast was the tatsiest I found in the area. The staff were very professional, unfailingly cheerful, very helpful and very obliging. I would recommend guests stay at the hotel for either business or pleasure. - We booked three rooms: the double bed which was not small and not big ( you have space for your luggage ) and the toilet was good, the club room which was verrry spacious in every thing, the junior room which is obviously the biggest one! All beds are comfortable, very clean, room had all facilities you need, the area around the hotel is very quiet and very new. Deserves the 4 stars and very valuable. Last but not least, there's a supermarket near by!

  Staff was great. Hotel was in a good location close to the Metro. It was a very nice suprise to find this hotel was such a place in considering my first time in London and not knowing the area. - This extremely clean and modern refurbed hotel is ideal for the weekend jaunt or business visit.
