The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.

Being a smaller venue makes one feel more valued as a customer. Our rooms were very well appointed and on arrival, I had been upgraded to a larger one. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Of particular interest to me was the fact that there were plenty of pillows on the bed and included one really soft one. A good bed and soft clean bedding is one of the main components for a good night sleep and, after all, that is what I booked the room for.

There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before!

The price, location and staff where excellent. Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

Bra service i receptionen med personlig information och karta. Rummen fungerade bra, det ena med fin utsikt över parken. Snabb service vid frukosten. Lätt att lämna kvar bagage efter utcheckningen. - Trevlig personal och ett förvånansvärt rent rum för att vara London. Allt var minilitet, men fungerade och faktiskt fräscht. Mkt bra frukost!

Free on raod parking at the weekend. Very warm welcome. Reception, bar
(we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well
apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from
tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to
Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value
for money and would certainly go back.
