Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors
down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in
each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine
with us. Our room was in the 'sub' area below street level, but
still with a window to the outside so wasn't claustrophobic. The

I was very pleased with the service when I arrived, the people were polite and immediately got me an iron, which I needed as I was on a business trip. The room was quiet and I was most impressed with the bed. Very clean egyptian sheets and good mattress. An added surprise for me was the continental breakfast. Rummet var bra, bekvämt och tyst trots att det ligger utefter mycket trafikerad gata. Frukosten helt ok. - I enjoyed in my stay in the Royal Guest House, very comfortable and warm place - Staff were extremely friendly. Warm, comfy clean room.

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The breakfast was good - cereal, yoghurt, fried/scrambled eggs on toast and tea/coffee.the lady who makes the breakfast is so lovely and immediately

We were right on the top floor and there -
Pretty much everything! From the moment you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness in the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor, so it was quite a hike. The room was quite small, but was very clean, cozy and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was also small but very clean. Breakfast every day was scrambled eggs, yoghurt, cereal, milk, jam, coffee/tea, so there was not much variety, however we felt that we got all and more for the money we paid - the hotel was an amazingly good deal f

The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In general, it is a nice hostel which i would definitely love to visit again. The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world. Price is just okay (not cheap/not expensive) because the hostel is situated in a nice location close to the city center.
