  It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. Would stay here again, but maybe not just for one night, Garden amazing at front of main office and building!! - Staff very helpful. Room confortable. Good location in relation to tube.

  We stayed at the hotel for only one night as we were seeing a concert at wembley, the staff where very friendly and could not do enough to help us in our stay including sorting out our journey to and from our event, the room was very clean , crisp white, bed sheets on our four poster ( very comfy) bed , we were a little late for breakfast but the ... vad folk säger » staff were still very obliging and made sure we had breakfast. I would definatley stay at this hotel and recommend it to our friends. - Staff was very helpful, room was fresh, new, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very modern. Location, although away from main sightseeing areas, in a good residential area very close to Portobello road. Good value in London.

  I had just one, very minor, irritation at The Kensington Studios. The AC machinery outside and below our room seemed not to stop at night. As i say, only a minor irritation as it didn't stop me from sleeping. Now the positives. My first visit to London was only aided by my stay at The Kensington Studios. From the room (which was very good, the un... vad folk säger » der-floor heating very welcome in March), to the proximity of the railway station (Kensington Olympia) we were very happy. We found the tube system ex - We were very impressed with the layout of the studio room and the design of it. The heated floors was a bonus when we came in out of the cold! The bathroom was excellent, and it was a major factor in our choice of hotel and our comfort during our stay. As major tea drinkers, tea and milk provided was very welcome (: Receptionist was super efficient and helpful with our booking, as we were given a twin instead of a double - she got it sorted in less time than it took for us to grab a seat at t

  The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations). The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world.   Hotel room was excellent, comfortable bed and room was a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of foods.
